FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1.) Do I need to have done Yoga before?

No :) My classes are for mixed abilites and I have people attend who are completely new to yoga and people who have been practising for years in the same class! I will help you to adapt any asanas (postures) for your ability and fitness level to help you achieve your goals.

2.) Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to join?

No :) It helps to do some regular active activities in your week. But we all need to start somewhere! :)

3.) Do I need to bring a mat and yoga blocks?

No :) We have mats, straps and yoga blocks you can use. Just bring some water and something comfy to wear. Bring your own mat if you would like to.

4.) What style to do you teach?

Although the style is mainly Vinyasa- which is a dynamic and energising style of yoga that links movement with breath through flowing sequences of postures. I like to draw inspiration from Mandala, Rocket and Yin practices too! I love helping people at all levels learn how to do arm balances.

5.) Are the classes serious?

I aim to bring a grounded, empowering approach whilst at the same time some playfulness and laughter too!

6.) What will the class involve?

The classes will always start with guided relaxation and meditation, Vinyasa and Mandala inspired flows, core strength, an exploration of arm balances for all abilities and more relaxation at the end!
